Festival Registration

Annual Festival 2011 – “The Pointe is Dance”
Pittsburgh, PA – May 19, 20, 21st

Registration will be done online again this year, on the PA Ballet website: http://www.prballet.org/register.

You will be expected to register your dancers, complete the information regarding your choreography (after the adjudication tour) – both program information and technical information, and complete your transportation information online.

After you have registered your dancers, please mail the following to Southern New Hampshire Youth Ballet:

  • Summary page
  • a completed medical release form for each dancer, along with the front & back of their medical insurance card
  • copy of your check for the total registrations to

Festival Fees

  • Full Dancer/Director/Apprentice Kit (ages 11 & up) $370
  • Observer Kit (chaperones/Board Members) $295
  • One‐Day Master Class Kit (3 classes, no food, no performance ticket) $75

All Kits include the following:

  • Classes with Master Teacher (3 per day)
  • Kit Bags
  • Souvenir Program
  • Gala Banquet
  • Tickets to all Performances
  • After Performance Party for Dancers/Chaperones
  • Cocktail Parties (Directors & Faculty)
  • Security
  • Transportation

Deadline for Online Festival Registration: April 15, 2011
A Late Fee of $40.00 per kit will be assessed after this date until April 25
No Festival Registrations will be accepted after April 25, 2011
